Deactivation of the knowledge base: What you need to do now
For some time now, NoSpamProxy customers have also been able to find all the content of the knowledge base in the NoSpamProxy online help. At the end of April, we will take the knowledge base offline for good. Here you can find out what you need to do now.
In principle, you will also find all knowledge base content in the online help. In some cases, we have transferred knowledge base articles directly to the online help, in other cases we have added content to existing help topics. However, you can find the relevant content using the search function.
The start page and the other pages of the knowledge base already link to the online help. This means that any bookmarks you have set will no longer lead to the desired content. You should therefore adjust these bookmarks if necessary.
