Email protection
Encryption and signature functions as well as settings for PDF Mail are now available in the Outlook Add-in. Three configuration options are available for the encryption and signature functions as well as the settings for PDF Mail:
- Standard: The company settings are used for encryption and signatures.
- Automatic: The best possible security settings are used for encryption and signatures.
- Custom: Users determine the settings for encryption and signatures or PDF Mail.
Creating reply links
Users can now add reply links to emails via the Outlook add-in. The display text for the reply link as well as the lifetime and the allowed number of replies that can be sent via this link can be defined.
