Changed reporting procedure for false positives and false negatives
As before with the Cyren engine, analyses of the Core Antispam Engine as well as 32Guards now and then lead to false positives and false negatives. We provide recommendations for action.
Core Antispam Engine
In case you notice an increased number of false positives, we recommend creating an allowlist for the affected senders and setting the trust value to 40 or higher. The latter requires that the sender has set at least one valid SPF or DKIM entry.
It is currently not possible to unblock emails via support. We are already working on a solution, but there is no timetable for a solution yet.
32Guards
To report false positives, please send us the complete message track of the respective email to spamreport@nospamproxy.de.
