Net at Work GmbH, manufacturer of the NoSpamProxy software, which in 2023 became the first email security suite to be certified by the BSI according to BSZ, has emerged as the champion of the Professional User Rating: Security Solutions (PUR-S) from the analyst firm techconsult for the seventh time in a row with its solution.
The independent and vendor-neutral survey evaluates all relevant products in the field of security according to a comprehensive catalogue of criteria. It is based exclusively on comprehensive feedback from real customers and users who use the solution, making it particularly practical and objective. More than 3,500 application experts for security solutions took part in the current edition of the Professional User Rating: Security Solutions 2024 and assessed performance in six product areas.
The solution providers are evaluated in the dimensions Company Rating (provider rating) and Technology/Solution Rating (solution rating) with around 60 criteria in 14 subcategories. Only those market-relevant providers with the best ratings from users and a sufficiently high number of interviews are included and presented in the PUR diamond. In 2024, 30 market-relevant providers secured a position in this diamond of results. Thanks to outstanding ratings from application experts at both solution and company level, NoSpamProxy was once again able to set itself apart from the overall field of providers and take the top position in the diamond.

Above all, customers appreciate the outstanding expertise of the service consultants, the availability of support and the fast and smooth resolution of problems with Net at Work. Net at Work was the only provider in the comparison to be awarded five stars and thus a clearly above-average rating in the “innovative products” category. Net at Work also achieved top positions in the areas of “sales partners” and “provider satisfaction in the context of the solution”.
