For the eighth time in a row, NoSpamProxy has emerged as the champion in the Professional User Rating: Security Solutions (PUR-S) by analyst firm techconsult. The ranking is based on a detailed evaluation by real customers and users and is therefore considered to be particularly practical and objective.
The independent and vendor-neutral comparison is based on comprehensive feedback from more than 4,500 application experts who have evaluated email security solutions. These include both on-premises installed and managed solutions as well as cloud-based solutions. The evaluation was carried out in the dimensions Company Rating (provider rating) and Technology/Solution Rating (solution rating) with approximately 60 criteria in 14 subcategories. 31 market-relevant providers were ranked in this year’s PUR diamond, with NoSpamProxy coming out on top for the eighth time in a row.
Excellent provider rating: top positions in all relevant categories
The solution received top ratings in the provider evaluation for service and support, for example. NoSpamProxy was the only manufacturer to be awarded the maximum possible five stars for the expertise of its service consultants. The users surveyed also honoured the handling of complaints, the resolution of problems and the quality of the documentation with the highest number of stars. In the area of sales partners, NoSpamProxy came out on top in the manufacturer field and, as the best provider, achieved full marks in all sub-categories. Pricing was also recognised with the maximum possible stars, as was the corporate culture. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that NoSpamProxy was able to secure the best overall rating in the category ‘Provider satisfaction in the context of the solution’ and achieved full points in all sub-categories.

Highest solution rating in comparison
NoSpamProxy also sets new standards in the solution evaluation. In the techconsult study, NoSpamProxy scored particularly well in the important categories of performance, solution benefits and user-friendliness – in particular the simple configurability of the solution. NoSpamProxy was the best solution in the comparison in the area of functional scope with a full five stars in three of the four sub-categories. And as in previous years, NoSpamProxy also emerged as the best product in the ‘Product loyalty and purchase recommendation’ category in the 2025 ranking. The solution was the only provider in the competitive comparison to achieve the maximum star rating in all subcategories. Users see NoSpamProxy as fulfilling their expectations and would buy the solution again and recommend it to others. Anyone who has used NoSpamProxy once will stick with it and recommend it to other companies.
