NoSpamProxy is launching 25Reports, a new tool for DMARC reporting. 25Reports (the product name being a reference to the default port for SMTP, 25) makes configuring and monitoring DMARC very straightforward. The solution automatically checks the DMARC configuration, monitors email traffic with intelligent DMARC monitoring, and detects and reports suspicious activity for maximum security and full control. With concrete recommendations for action in plain language, 25Reports helps customers raise their DMARC score to the “reject” level without any special knowledge.
Effective protection against domain abuse
Companies that operate email infrastructures or offer related services are called upon as part of Email Security Year 2025 to implement the BSI’s technical guidelines for secure email transport (BSI TR-03108) and email authentication (BSI TR-03182) in their own systems and for third parties using this infrastructure. This involves implementing six key procedures or standards: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNSSEC, DANE, and TLS or, alternatively, MTA-STS.

25Reports is offered as a cloud service “Made in Germany” that is fully GDPR-compliant and, with prices starting at €29.00 per month, is more than affordable. The product is also aimed at customers who do not use other modules of the BSI-certified NoSpamProxy Suite for email security, such as spam and malware protection, email encryption, large file transfer, or disclaimer management. Those who already use NoSpamProxy Protection as a spam and malware filter benefit from a uniform user and role model, a uniform admin interface, and combined reports in a single portal.
Presentation in a webinar and at it-sa Expo&Congress 2025
The new product is now available as part of an early access program. It will be presented to the general public online in a webinar entitled “25Reports: DMARC like a Boss – E-Mail-Spoofing stoppen, Kontrolle gewinnen (25Reports: DMARC like a Boss – Stop email spoofing, gain control)” on September 26, as well as live at it-sa Expo&Congress 2025 from October 7-9 in Nuremberg.
